  • 4 cups of filtered water

Directions

  • Put 1 1/2 cups of loose RRL tea in a pot on the stove.
  • Add 4 cups of filtered water.
  • Let the tea come to a boil and then reduce heat.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  • Add natural sweetener if so desired.
  • Strain and sip throughout day.
