The first part of the film sets the stage and gives you background information on the lead-up to the actions occurring later in the story.

The film starts with a goat in a box representing average people, dumbed down through life-long misinformation. Obviously hypnotized, the people don’t realize they are slaves in a prison including features of enforcement by the government and electronic control, with limited information.

0:03 Insulator - The fence is electric. If it were not, there would be no need for an insulator and one would not have been portrayed here. This represents that the prison is also an electronic prison. Smart phones and video games are a big part part of our miseducation and enslavement.

0:08 Goat in a box - The goat is in a tightly fitting box — we are not free. Our freedom is tightly restricted and controlled.

0:08 Barbed wire fence - Clearly a prison, reminiscent of a concentration camp.

0:08 “Mark of the Beast” - The “666” under the bar code is the mark of the beast. This is clearly Satanic. The idea here is to track everyone. We are inventory.

0:08 Bell on goat - This is an additional alarm to make sure they can track us.

0:08 Chalk drawing of guard with gun and dog - Another clue that this concentration camp is enforced through threat of violence using governmental power (police.) Notice the style of the drawing — it is childish. I believe this is a hint that the goat we see is not an adult — it is a kid.1 This brings a whole new understanding to the overall scene, as described below.

0:08 Lights in background - The only truth (light) we are given is artificial. Symbolizes that the only information we know is often false information - lies.

0:15 Title - Trivially, the title is a play on the title of the book being read to a class of children on September 11, 2001 (9/11) by George W. Bush: “Pet Goat”. The title goes much deeper than this, however.

There are several solutions to the title and there may be more than what is listed here.

You can rearrange the letters to derive the Latin phrase “Egat, Poit”, which translates directly into “He eats, he drinks.”. The following three Bible verses tie this together and give this some context2.

The meaning may be a metaphor for interacting with others. The body and blood of Christ seems to relate to the good people — the Human Spirit. In other words, all things not corrupted by evil. Whoever does evil things to others is sinning. In my mind, a translation of the overall concept would be “he who does good unto others will be good standing forever and he who does evil is doomed.”

My interpretation may differ from yours and perhaps that’s the point. The definition of what this means may be intentionally be left up to the person pondering it.

But it certainly isn’t evil, which I think is the main point.

To get even stranger, this next solution is a brilliant puzzle that requires the viewer to think — ironically — outside of the box. I credit my girlfriend with the final solution below. I would have never realized this without her insight.

The title is also a hypothetical transcript of the inevitable and predicted outcome of the release of the film itself. Someone will decode it correctly and publish it (that’s me, I hope.) At this point, the title self-actualizes and becomes meaningful and obvious once you understand it. And here I am publishing what it means and actualizing the title!

What it means is that the story-line is from the standpoint of this goat to another goat — from one person to another. The story starts with “I, pet goat …” and is followed by the rest of the story. In other words, the story is the news about the decode of this film that circulates from person to person. Once one person finds out, they tell another person, then two people know, and so on. The process continues virally as the population hears the news about “I, pet goat II.”

This explains why the “I” and “II” are in different styles - it is more difficult to understand for the next person receiving the information for the first time. The “II” looks rough, doesn’t it?

The goat pictured in the film is goat #1, so “I” is clear. The first decoder (me) is goat #2, so “II” is in rough text because, well, doing this was ROUGH and my description is probably not as perfect as the understanding of those who made the film!

Combine the ideas of the the goat being a kid and also being hypnotized. This changes the overall scene radically as the concentration camp is a metaphor. The scene immediately following is a classroom! This shouts that the kids are being hypnotized (indoctrinated) in the classroom! Hypnotism is a form of mind control and repetitive indoctrination is a form of hypnotism. Government-run schools are indoctrination facilities that use subtle forms of mind control to indoctrinate the entire population before they are old enough to understand it. Drag queen story hour makes perfect sense if the goal is to confuse children at their most impressionable ages and weaken the cohesion and replentishment of society.

The creators intended this film to be decoded. They knew it would go viral and teach us all the news.

Whoever created this film is remarkably smart and frustratingly clever. Mad respect.

Satanic rulers puppeteer world leaders in an evil environment. George W. Bush Jr. (remarkably stupid) and Obama were Satanic puppets and even normal people notice how dumb they are, but don’t object. Rulers are told what to say by their puppeteers.

Schools are indoctrination centers where predatory groomers sexualize children and teach garbage and lies. Schools are engineered by satan worshipers and the Masons are involved.

Major disasters and world events are false flag operations that are reinforced through teaching in the schools.

Schools are mostly teaching in a way that sets students off in the opposite direction from the truth. Schools produce people who are mentally weakened and fully indoctrinated to believe they live in a world that doesn’t actually exist — reality is quite different than what we are taught. Advanced mind control is being used to weaponize the methods used in schools to control people’s minds — all engineered by hidden rulers.

The hidden rulers intend to become gods through the use of AI (artificial intelligence.)

In order to win, we will go through a rough time, but enlightenment will be the result. The time this is all happening is now (film released in 2012.)

Notice the ring on Satan’s left ring finger — clearly a snake. The rectangular bar isn’t necessary, so the authors put it there to make it appear as a dollar sign (“$”). The implication here is that evil is wed to the acquisition of wealth. “The love of money is the root of all evil.”3

On the right hand is a red heart-shaped ring, drenched with blood. This indicates that the rulers love violence and blood. I won’t go into detail about the ritualistic side of Satanism. If you are determined to research it, you will find more information on the internet. It is not for the feint-hearted.

0:26 George W. Bush unhappy - We first see George W. Bush as a puppet of Satan. He is obviously unhappy. You would be too if you were being puppeteered by the Satanists who run the world.

There is no escape from Satanism without destroying Satanism entirely. Once you are in the cult, there is no way out except for death. This is why the song Hotel California includes the lyric: “…you can check out any time you like but you can never leave.”

0:34 Upside-down pentagram spotlight - An interesting choice for a spotlight, this is another indicator that the environment is Satanic.

0:32 George W. Bush dances - On cue, George dances as intended. He is obviously performing. He is wearing a dunce cap because he is not particularly intelligent, which should be fairly accepted by now.

If you look carefully, you can only see the puppet strings when the scene is not fully lit. This indicates that the puppeteering is happening only in the shadows. It is not visible in normal, well lit settings. In other words, the fact that world leaders are puppets is a secret. (Surprise!)

0:35 George W. Bush head spins - When done with his dance, George sits and his head spins around, showing he’s a Satanist. He also makes the Satanist hand gesture for Baphomet several times.

There are several audio clips mocking George Bush’s gaffes while President just to reinforce how unqualified he was as President.

1:05 Bush transforms into Barack Obama - Bush then twists his head around two more times and suddenly turns into Barack Obama.

Barack Obama’s presentation to the public was completely different from George W. Bush and I believe this sequence is included to point this out. The secret rulers engineer different personalities in order to convey the illusion of choice to the public.

1:11 Barack uses teleprompters - Teleprompters have appeared and it is clear that Barack does whatever the teleprompters tell him to do.

If you think this first part was weird, buckle up! This adventure is just beginning!

Most of the useful information in this scene is not what George and Barack do. The real meaning is in the stuff you wouldn’t normally pay much attention to.

Let’s look at the scenery, shall we? The Devil is in the details!

0:33 Alphabet “OZ”4 - The “O” and “Z” letters on the wall are tilted, but none of the other letters are tilted. The obvious reference is “OZ”, perhaps referring to the Wizard of OZ. Or, this refers to “ounces” as in Gold.

It may refer to both — the classroom is a completely fake environment where children are taught fake things, but Gold is important in the recovery after the coming financial reset, which I believe will be defined by backing national currencies with commodities, especially Gold.

0:36 Owl on wall - The owl is an ancient symbol associated with wisdom and enlightment. It is also a symbol of Molech/Minerva worship, which is Satanistic. I believe it was put here to reinforce the Satanic influence, but it is also a common theme in the field of education. One wonders why that is, given the historical context of Molech worship.

If you can’t believe this owl has other meanings here, consider the obvious Satanic references above and then do some reading about what the “elites” actually do at Bohemian Grove. Hint: It isn’t just a weekend getaway.5

0:36 Bug schoolhouse, ejacul*ting penis and shark - These need to be considered together for context: predatory pedophiles (groomers) are sexualizing children in schools. Schools are so bad at what they do that they might as well be burning down.

0:44 Evolution of man chart - Man needs to evolve toward enlightment, but there’s a barrier in our way before we can get there. This indicates man has evolved into a highly violent species and in order to evolve past this, we have to overcome the not-so-easily-visible barrier in our way.

0:44 Clock - To the right of the evolution of man chart, there is a clock that shows midnight. I believe this means: “It is GO TIME.”

0:47 Disaster map - This map shows four disasters, all of which were engineered. The map shows that man-made disasters are created and reinforced in schools so people will believe they are normal.

0:55 Snowflakes on wall - Schools create students that are mentally weakened — childlike, or “snowflakes”. They are much easier to control because they have underdeveloped critical thinking and rely on emotional thinking far too much. They are easily deceived.

0:52 Three hearts on chalkboard - There are six other hearts that appear in the film: (1) the ring on Satan’s right forefinger (0:20), (2) on the wall of the classroom below the chalkboard (0:54), (3) on the chest of the Human Spirit (2:42), (4) on the barrette of Claddagh Girl (3:28), (5) on the left cheek of Sun-Sue (3:45) and (6) outside the window of the prison tower (4:37.) I have not been able to find a good enough relation between these, other than perhaps that schools teach about these things wrongly. I don’t find this solution particularly compelling. If you have a solution, please post a comment and let me know.

0:54 Hangman game on chalkboard - Amusingly, the naïve solution (“evolution”) is trivial, but also wrong.

The correct solution is “evolation,” meaning to fly up or out. Note also how the “L”, “T” and “N” are capitalized. This becomes “LATIN” when the “A” and “I” from “evolation” are added. This is why the second “o” is left blank when it should be filled in - it hints that the second “o” should be ignored so the focus only on the “A” and the “I”. “AI” in this context refers to “Artificial Intelligence.” Taken together, this means the bad guys are trying to evolate using AI. They are trying to attempt apotheosis!

Also note that the hangman drawing on the left has all but one feature completed (only one leg remaining), meaning that we are very close to the bad guys reaching their goal.

The overall meaning of this hangman game is that the bad guys are trying to take us into a transhumanist dystopia through the use of AI and they think it means they’re going to become gods. But in reality, they’re sickos and we came very, very close to permanent destruction. Let’s ruin their plans.

Another interesting solution for why the second ‘o’ is missing is that the game is rigged. This solution also doesn’t interfere with the previous decode, so I’ll list it here. The reason the second ‘o’ is missing is because the game is rigged. It fits right into the whole system we see around us — everything is rigged against us, even a hangman game.

But wait — there’s more! The course of the hangman game is driven by the player, which in this case is the population — not the bad guys. It means we have to choose either evolution (enslavement), or evolation (enlightenment.) Choose wisely, people!6

0:54 “F=-F” on wall - This equation refer to vectors, so F has a starting point and a direction. There is no coherent reality where any vector can be equal to the opposite of itself. On the other hand, conceptually, the starting point would be the same. I believe this is a way to communicate that school teaches pupils what appears to be a valid point, but sends them off in the wrong direction. In other words, school aims to teach pupils wrong.

0:54 Split brain on wall - One meaning is that splitting the left and right hemispheres is a form of lobotomy, making pupils unable to think properly. This is one function of schools.

Another meaning is that electroshock therapy is one method of controlling people’s minds used in the CIA’s MKULTRA programming of Monarch mind controlled slaves.7 With the dragon to the right, this could imply that the hidden rulers are employing MKULTRA knowledge in the designs of modern schooling techniques.

0:54 Dragon on wall - Dragons are a symbol of rulers, especially hidden rulers. In ancient Egypt, the oil used to annoint Pharaoh was derived from the fat of crocodiles8, which is the origin of dragon symbolism. This is clearly indicative of the hidden rulers managing the distortion of childrens’ brain function.

0:54 Heart on wall - Note that the heart is cut away only where the ventricles are. This could be a reference to the pumping of blood. I do not have a compelling solution for what this means. If you have a solution, please post it in the comments.

0:52 Teacher’s reactions - The teacher appears uncomfortable but restrained while witnessing the clown show in the classroom. It appears even she can tell this is all bullsh*t but doesn’t say anything. One wonders how much of this happens in every classroom across every country on the planet.

1:13 Lit environment - There is a lot going on in the rear half of the classroom.

Lily (representing the good enlightened people in the secret societies), is first seen looking down, implying that she wasn’t watching what was going on closely early on in this show.

The walls of this room — the entire classroom — are not just gray walls. They are an almost indiscernable maze. You have to look very closely to see this.9 This symbolizes that the system of life the rulers have ensnared us in is extremely complicated and only they know how to navigate it. To make it worse, education is a big part of how this maze is created — it is created in our minds through indoctrination. In other words, the complex system of control is largely formed in the classroom.

1:16 She then looks up, straightens up and notices what is going on in the front half of the classroom (or show in general, symbolically.) She — the good enlightened people in the secret societies — notice something important.

The Masonic checkerboard on the floor and the symbolism on the walls add to the motif of the classroom environment. To the left is a flaming stag, symbolizing strength, virility, divine ability, etc.10 Across the rear wall are vines, symbolizing the generations of bloodlines through time. On the right is a calla Lilly, symbolizing rebirth and new beginnings.11 In the middle, there is a slightly evil looking rabbit, symbolizing a witty trickster.12 The vines around the rabbit could also be a briar patch, further reinforcing the notion of the trickster13. So in aggregate, we have a good overall description of the people who rule the world — powerful, enduring, constantly re-birthing the way the world works but with tricksters buried in their ranks.

Around the good enlightened people are the rest of the enlightened. 12 figures represent the various bloodlines of the hidden rulers. They appear stuck in their ways — like statues. Some of them are restrained by barbed wire, but some are not. From left to right, figure 1 may be Asian due to the hair that appears somewhat like a Yin/Yang symbol. Figure three is holding his hands similar to the way Donald Trump holds his hands — is this a covert hand sign for this bloodline or group? Figure 4 appears to have a cumme*rbund, which might imply middle eastern descent. His face is also scribbled out. Figure 11 has one eye prominently highlighted and an ‘x’ where his mouth is — perhaps implying silence. Figures 11 and 12 have heads that are conjoined. Figure 12 has a big dent in his head. These attributes are all interesting, but I fail to find much I can tie into much meaning.

Lily is further denoted as royalty as she is surrounded by a substance that looks like annointing oil — I believe this indicates the Davidic bloodline. The extra oil spot to the right could be a hint at O- blood (universal donor).

She also has a red rose in her hair, which may associate her with Rosicrucians, also related to the Davidic bloodline.

All of this together indicates that Lily represents the enlightened members of the Davidic bloodline (and perhaps allies.) Jesus of the bible had children and their bloodline has been active in royalty ever since. (If you don’t think Jesus had children, I suggest you read Holy Blood, Holy Grail by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh and Henry Lincoln14 and Bloodline of the Holy Grail by Laurence Gardener.15)

1:20 Once the good people notice something, they look down and the room darkens. There is evil all around them. In the rear of the room is an exit door clearly visible.

Highlighted at the back of the room is the slightly angry rabbit, symbolic of a witty trickster. There are three things here — the good people, the trickster and the exit door. It is clear that the good people are focused on how to find a way out of the evil environment they find themselves in.

The good people examine the apple in their hand after having realized there is evil all around them. The apple symbolizes all of the occult knowledge of the rulers — the secret mystery schools, magic, advanced technology — all of the things the ruling families have hidden. They realize that these secrets do not belong to them — they belong to everyone and it isn’t worth tolerating the evil to keep these things secret any longer. The cost is too high. The good people decide they are no longer interested in keeping these secrets and they must be released to the public. Lily lets the apple slip out of her grip.

1:30 The apple rolls to the foot of Obama and stops at his shoe. The apple — the secret information — splits and produces a water Lilly, symbolic of enlightenment. Naturally, the release of secret information would enlighten whoever received and understood it.

1:37 To the left of the apple, painted on the floor is a “C” in white and a “7” in black. The black and white is a clue that the answer lies in a game of chess. A common fork strategy in chess is to move a knight to C7 in order to threaten both the opponent’s rook and king.16 In this case, it indicates that the strategy is for the good guys (white) to take the black pawn at C7. Black pawn, you say? Sounds like Obama is being used as a pawn against the bad guys.

The implications of this are profound. In order to perform this chess move, the black pawn at C7 must be taken meaning that Barack Hussein Obama was replaced with a body double or persuaded to cooperate — he was taken. This threatened a hidden governing entity and forced it to change plans in order to avoid forfeiting the game! Also, another piece was taken in the next move — control over the Presidency itself. My belief is that Obama was covertly controlled by the good guys for at least some of his Presidency and the damage done to the bad guys was vast.

If you look closely, under Obama’s shoe, you will see a coin. It is dark, but it is there.

This seems to indicate that Obama was bribed by Australia, or at least there is some sort of money connection between Obama and Australia. This is not all that surprising since Australia is a member of the Five Eyes intelligence sharing system.

1:40 Obama sees the information enlightening the population and is very nervous. The information contains all of the proof of the crimes of the criminals, of which Obama is but one. All of the evil rulers are implicated.
