Looking for Healthy Pantry Staple Recipes to make use of what you have on hand? These are my favorite, easy, mainly pantry staple breakfasts, soups, bean and grain based meals, dinners and desserts that are healthy and delicious, too!This post contains affiliate links for products I’m obsessed with.

After publishing myHealthy Pantry Items and Shelf Stable Fruits, Veggies, and Proteinpost, I promised to follow up with my favorite Pantry Staple Recipes. One thing we can all do now if to look at the food we have in the pantry and/or freezer and try to use what we have on hand!

A good place to start is to print my Healthy Pantry Items List and go through your supply at home and see what you have! Then, go through these meals and see what recipes use the items you have on hand. For each recipe, I have listed the pantry items needed – guys SO many overlap. I also listed what fresh ingredients are in the recipe, but so often they can be substituted or omitted, sos get creative. You might end up making something new and delicious that your family loves.
