It’s summertime and who in their right mind wants to be sweating over a hot stove when you can throw everything in a pot and walk away for awhile?

This recipe changed my life. I make it once every two weeks or so. It is a lifesaver, yum for all ages and so easy. And, it is versatile. – If you don’t have the can corn on hand for instance, no worries! Just don’t use it. I am really thankful, because I work full-time and don’t have much time! Thank you Tiff.
